  • Designated to support uninsured or underinsured patients in need of screening mammograms.
  • Cancer Center Patient Emergency

  • Funds are designated to support eligible patients who are actively undergoing treatments to maintain patients' quality of life and continuity of care. Support includes transportation to and from appointments, prescribed medications, necessary dental care, along with other necessities as needed.
  • Community AED Initiative

  • Created to offer community grants for AEDs during Memorial Health Foundation's two grant cycles per year. Eligibility and restrictions are noted on the grant application.

  • Funds are designated to provide a patient-centered experience offering a private or group education sessions that allow adults and children with diabetes to better understand and cope with their disease.
